Volunteer at the Fall Classroom Party! We’d love your help at the upcoming Fall Party! Please note that this is an invitation to volunteer — the HTPS will notify you separately if you have been selected as the HRP. Important Details: Notification: The HRP will contact selected volunteers by November 10. Selection Process: Volunteers will be chosen through a random drawing to ensure fairness. Number of Volunteers: With HRP: 5 adult volunteers per class/party (This # includes the HRPs) Restrictions: Adults only — no siblings or additional guests permitted. Household Limit: Only one volunteer per household per school year, unless there is low interest and additional volunteers can be accommodated. Security Requirements: All volunteers must be registered with the front office and present a valid driver’s license upon entry. Those without proper documentation will not be allowed into the building. Thank you for helping make this event a fun and memorable celebration for our students!

Get ready for a great time! 🎉 We’ll have a DJ, bounce houses, a photo booth, and plenty of games. All volunteers are welcome—there’s no limit on how many can join! Just a quick reminder: volunteers need to have a completed background check and sign up at least one week before the event. On the day of Fall Fest, please check in at the large football field behind NAIS.
